Fork subagents are on by default, open weights split in two, and Claude Design gets an end date

Nothing on the Disruption Watch moved up a rung. The movement was in Claude Code 2.1.302, which changed how unattended jobs spawn subagents, and in open-weight models, which got cheaper in two different ways.
